Our Vineyard Tours at Oxney include a stroll through the vines to discover the art of growing grapes organically in our cool English climate. Following the introduction to the vines we will then peek into the winery and learn a bit about low intervention winemaking at Oxney plus how we make our sparkling wine using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in a bottle. After the tour, four of our sparkling and still wines will be poured for a tutored tasting in our warm and cosy tasting room enabling you to taste what you have just experienced. And finally you will enjoy a wintery lunch with soup, charcuterie, lovely bread etc.

Transport: We have ample parking if you come by car. If you travel to the area by train, Rye is our closest station, we recommend booking a taxi to the vineyard in advance (several weeks). Also make sure you book a taxi for your return journey. Our local taxi companies are very busy on Saturdays and it is likely you won’t get a taxi if you call on the day. We do not have a specific taxi company we recommend.
