Please arrive promptly for the start time as we can’t delay.

We can refund you if you cancel four weeks before of the booked tour/tasting. Cancellations for any reason after that will not be refunded.

We can move your booking within the same season (May 2026 – May 2027) if you let us know four weeks before the booked tour/tasting. After that we can not move it.

Please bring your booking confirmation with you on the day.

Transport: We have ample parking if you come by car. If you travel to the area by train, Rye is our closest station, we recommend booking a taxi to the vineyard in advance (several weeks). Also make sure you book a taxi for your return journey. Our local taxi companies are very busy on Saturdays and it is likely you won’t get a taxi if you call on the day. We do not have a specific taxi company we recommend.
