The Old Barn

The Old Barn is on our farm and vineyard Estate. The stay includes a tour in our vineyard which is 15 minutes drive away – please get in touch to organise your visit.  The barn is an ancient, traditional Grade II listed barn with 100m2 contemporary living accommodation on the first floor. In the sitting area there is a TV, DVD player, stereo and wireless broadband and sofas and chairs around a wood fired stove. The kitchen is well equipped with range cooker, Smeg fridge (with freezer box), dishwasher and farm house style dining table.

From this central space you access three bedrooms. On one side is the master bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. On the other side of the central space are two further bedrooms, one with a king sized double bed with lovely organic mattress, and a twin bedroom. Between these two bedrooms is a shower room with a spacious, delicious shower.

You’ll be welcomed by a bottle of Oxney wine and a number of hints and tips about the surroundings to help kick-start your holiday in this wonderful area.

What to do
In the large garden you can relax in the sun and have a BBQ outside.  The area is full of wonderful activities for young and old. We have castles, gardens, the sea with amazing beaches, activities for children and everyone young at heart – cycling, canoeing, wind surfing, clay pigeon shooting and more.

Equipment
The kitchen has everything you need to cook some good meals (and what isn’t there we will have so just shout!), dishwasher, fridge with freezer box.

Booking
We ask for a 25% deposit when you book and for payment of the remainder six weeks before you arrive.
