The Little Barn

Welcome to Oxney Organic Estate!  The stay in The Little Barn incudes a tour in our vineyard which is 15 minutes drive away – please get in touch to organise.  The barn is clad in traditional white weatherboard and has a total footprint of 68m2.  It has an open plan central space with a wonderful vaulted ceiling with a sitting area around the wood fired stove, an TV, DVD player, stereo and wireless broadband. The two bedrooms are accessed off this central space. One bedroom has a King Sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom has two single beds which we can zip together to form a Super King double bed, and a bathroom with a bath and shower combined.

What to do
In the garden you can relax in the sun and have a BBQ outside. In the games room you can play table tennis or you can play tennis on our court.  The area is full of wonderful activities for young and old. We have castles, gardens, the sea with amazing beaches, activities for children and everyone young at heart – cycling, canoeing, wind surfing, clay pigeon shooting and more.

Equipment
The kitchen has everything you need to cook some good meals (and what isn’t there we will have so just shout!), dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. You’ll be welcomed by a bottle of Oxney wine, and a number of hints and tips about the surroundings to help kick start your holiday in this wonderful area on the south coast.

Booking
We ask for a 25% deposit when you book and for payment of the remainder six weeks before you arrive.
