Our autumn and winter tour plus tasting of four wines alongside a charcuterie board. We dip into the vineyard pending the weather (if it is raining sideways we may not – but always bring suitable footwear and rain gear because we are brave weather wise!). We take a tour round the winery to hear about low intervention winemaking at Oxney plus how we make second fermentation sparkling wine. Last but not least we head up into the cosy winery room and taste four wines alongside our own charcuterie (vegetarian and vegan options available).
