DESCRIPTION:Winter Vintage Tasting with Food Pairings \n\nYou will taste four sparkling wines with Kristin who is the Oxney owner and winemaker – three single variety and culminating in a classic blend. Super exiting to discover the individual tastes and characters of the wines that make up a classic cuvée. Food pairings are an interesting area and with each wine you will have a small bite.  Lunch is optional and the booking system will guide to the options available. We look forward to seeing you!\nUseful information \nPlease arrive promptly for the start time as we can’t delay. \nWe can refund you if you cancel four weeks before of the booked tour/tasting. Cancellations for any reason after that will not be refunded. \nWe can move your booking within the same season (May 2026 – May 2027) if you let us know four weeks before the booked tour/tasting. After that we can not move it. \nPlease bring your booking confirmation with you on the day. \nTransport: We have ample parking if you come by car. If you travel to the area by train\, Rye is our closest station\, we recommend booking a taxi to the vineyard in advance (several weeks). Also make sure you book a taxi for your return journey. Our local taxi companies are very busy on Saturdays and it is likely you won’t get a taxi if you call on the day. We do not have a specific taxi company we recommend.

Super exiting to discover the individual tastes and characters of the wines that make up a classic cuvée. Food pairings are an interesting area and with each wine you will have a small bite.  Lunch is optional and the booking system will guide to the options available. We look forward to seeing you!\nUseful information \nPlease arrive promptly for the start time as we can’t delay. \nWe can refund you if you cancel four weeks before of the booked tour/tasting. Cancellations for any reason after that will not be refunded. \nWe can move your booking within the same season (May 2026 – May 2027) if you let us know four weeks before the booked tour/tasting. After that we can not move it. \nPlease bring your booking confirmation with you on the day. \nTransport: We have ample parking if you come by car. If you travel to the area by train\, Rye is our closest station\, we recommend booking a taxi to the vineyard in advance (several weeks). Also make sure you book a taxi for your return journey. Our local taxi companies are very busy on Saturdays and it is likely you won’t get a taxi if you call on the day. We do not have a specific taxi company we recommend.

In the winter we snuggle up in our gorgeous and cosy tasting spaces in the Old Winery.  The Wine Flight includes four wines and is a mixture of still and sparkling. You will have a one-to-one introduction to the wines by a team member. If you are hungry you can also order a cheese & charcuterie platter including venison charcuterie (and sometimes wild boar) from the Estate.

DESCRIPTION:Winter Vintage Tasting with Food Pairings \n\nYou will taste four sparkling wines with Kristin who is the Oxney owner and winemaker – three single variety and culminating in a classic blend. Super exiting to discover the individual tastes and characters of the wines that make up a classic cuvée. Food pairings are an interesting area and with each wine you will have a small bite.  Lunch is optional and the booking system will guide to the options available. We look forward to seeing you!\nUseful information \nPlease arrive promptly for the start time as we can’t delay. \nWe can refund you if you cancel four weeks before of the booked tour/tasting. Cancellations for any reason after that will not be refunded. \nWe can move your booking within the same season (May 2026 – May 2027) if you let us know four weeks before the booked tour/tasting. After that we can not move it. \nPlease bring your booking confirmation with you on the day. \nTransport: We have ample parking if you come by car. If you travel to the area by train\, Rye is our closest station\, we recommend booking a taxi to the vineyard in advance (several weeks). Also make sure you book a taxi for your return journey. Our local taxi companies are very busy on Saturdays and it is likely you won’t get a taxi if you call on the day. We do not have a specific taxi company we recommend.
